First workout started with rowing 10k on the Concept2 Indoor Rower. PR at 45:18.4

Then Shoulder Press
5x 115
5x 120
5x 120
5x 120
5x 125

Second workout, after an evening meeting.

5 sets, 5 reps each @ 385#, a PR for me. Got a meet in a week-and-a-half, maybe one this weekend.
