Pauline Nordin squats 225#

2k on the Concept2 Indoor Rower to warmup.

5 sets of Bench Press, 5 reps each at 155. Left elbow feeling a little week. Pushups last night may have been a bit much.

5 sets of Squats, 5 reps each at 315. This is normally the weight for my last warmup sets, but I was working on ensuring that I get proper depth.

Above we have Pauline Nordin squatting 225#. She’s doing a great job keeping her knees out and her back in extension. I might carry the bar a little lower and would want to make sure she’s getting sufficient depth. In this picture, her hip crease is well above her patella, and her knees might be a little farther forward than I’d prefer.
