1x 455, nearly stuck at the bottom, fought it up

backoff work:
2x 5x 315

Deadlift warmup to 1x 405
6 sets of 2x 275 speed pulls
4 sets of 2x 225 speed pulls standing on a box

Back extensions with 2x 10# dumbbells in both hands held above shoulders
3x 10
